Change Agent

Change Agents are crucial in the transition process of any organisation.

Do you score really high in all games? Then you are a good candidate for the Change Agent role. It is for someone who is keen to make a difference in their organisation.

One Future Play offers a Change Agent programme. This involves the Change Agent taking on a Challenge with teams or groups. As Change Agent, you supervise a learning process that ends with a certificate for all participants who have completed the challenge.

As a Change Agent, you can also do what a ''normal'' player does. That is:

  • Play by games. In the games you can be tested, for example, on your impact, awareness, knowledge, skills, values, affinity or team role. You choose which game you want to play, and in which order. For every game completed, you get a badge!

  • Playing the Challenge. Here we challenge you to play all the games recommended for you. The Change Agent within your team/organisation decides when the Challenge must be played. You decide when you play the individual games. Do you get 1 game a day? Or 1 per week? Or...?

  • Get certificates. You can earn a certificate by taking an exam. In an exam, all games are played in one go. During the exam you can show what you have learned! At the end, you get your certificate.

  • As a Change Agent, you also have the special role of mobilising people within your organisation! Because you scored so well on the games, you can motivate and help others to play (all) the games. You do this by challenging your colleagues to play a Challenge. What you can do as a Change Agent:

  • Select an already existing Challenge or put together a new Challenge. Set the start and end dates of Challenges in the process.

  • Challenge players by adding them to the Challenge and send notifications to play a Challenge.

  • View each individual player's score per game and the average total score across all games (if the player grants permission).

  • View your team's average total score and see the ranking of individual players (if they grant permission).

  • Compare team performance of your team with that of another team, within your organisation or another organisation.
